
Trampoline, Tumbling & Tricking
Trampoline isn't only used to build floor skills - in fact, there are many moves that can only be performed on the trampoline (such as back drops, turntables, flips from seat drops, and more). This class is about learning both trampoline-only skills as well as enhancing floor tumbling skills. Trampoline is an incredible workout that teaches air awareness and fine tuning gross motor movements - skills that directly cross over to other athletics. Our facility also features the Trampoline Wall - a new style of trampoline that involves bouncing on your back and running your feet up the wall to perform tricks. This workout is builds excellent aerial skills as well as developing strong core strength!

Trampoline, Tumbling & Tricking class is a combination of regimented workout and entertaining games that make this class a favorite among students of all ages. Kids will love the challenging skills and Adults will love the ability to get core, cardio, and flexibility workouts in one apparatus.
