
Trampoline, Tumbling & Tricking
Trampoline is its' own sport that has unique moves that can only be performed on the trampoline: back-drop, turntable, knee-drop frontflip, swivel-hips, and more. This class is about learning both trampoline-only skills as well as enhancing floor tumbling skills. Trampoline is an incredible workout that teaches air awareness and fine tuning gross motor movements - skills that directly cross over to other athletics. Our facility also features the Trampoline Wall - a new style of trampoline that involves bouncing on your back and running your feet up the wall to perform tricks. This workout is builds excellent aerial skills as well as developing strong core strength!

Tumbling & Tricking is all about combining various types of flips: Cartwheel Arabian, Butterfly Twist, Backflip Flash Kick, Scoot Gainer, Vortex/Tunnel Flip, Backflip Full Twist, and more. This is class is most popular with students who have a high interest in flips and combinations.
